Sparkle and shine papers

Sitting here tonight wondering what to do
Christmas is on its way so I thought why not make some cards so I did

Using the sparkle and shine papers, illuminate stamp set barn red, new England ivy green stamp sets and of course the bling I made these cards

HELPFUL HINTS

To create the techniques featured in this artwork, follow the helpful hints outlined below. Then use the pattern found on page 119 (Wishes: Gallery™) of our Wishes® how-to publication for inspiration.

• Add dimension by stamping lantern image once on White Daisy cardstock square and once on Honey cardstock with Black ink. Trim image on Honey cardstock and attach with 3-D foam tape directly over image stamped on White Daisy cardstock.
• Add visual interest by coloring the cork shapes with a sponge dauber and Black ink, if desired.
• Sponge edges of some of the papers with Black ink, if desired.
• Embellish with paper accents and accessories as desired.

I was on you tube yesterday and found a close to my heart consultant making these so thought I would give it a go
So I got together an
Envelope
Lagoon stamp pad
2 stamps from the laughing lola range
Black hemp string

I sealed the envelope
Cut a small edge to make an opening
Then I found out by mistake that you should stamp your design now
I then folded the sides and bottom over this leaves a centre crease which you push gently inwards to get a bag like look
I then hole punched at the top to put through the hemp

Scraping what does it mean for me

I love the chance to put the photos i take onto a page and enhance the memory to something more.

I love showing my work off (now i am not the greatest scraper in the world) but i feel my scraping shows a part of me that can only be transferred through the photos I take or on the scrap page.

i cant wait to use my new kit from Close to My Heart to enhance my memories, and I really cant wait to show this to everyone as well.
